Rank & Rent course questions.
Is the Rank & Rent course available now?
The course is in development. Enrollment is not open, and no launch date or price has been announced. You can join the free course-interest list to receive development updates and an enrollment announcement.
What is Rank & Rent?
You build and own a website focused on a local service, work on its search visibility, and arrange for a business to receive inquiries from it. Depending on the agreement, the business may pay a fixed rental fee or pay for accepted leads. Both search demand and a willing business partner matter.
What are you planning to teach?
Market selection, website planning and building, useful local content, technical and on-page SEO, inquiry tracking, business outreach, lead delivery, and ongoing improvements. The learning roadmap is proposed; the final curriculum and delivery format will be published before enrollment.
Will I have someone to answer my questions?
Yes, answering learner questions and helping with the steps from research to provider partnerships are part of the course we are planning. You can contact Joe Design Group now at admin@joedesigngroup.com. Course support channels, availability, limits, and any live sessions will be confirmed before enrollment.
Do I need to know how to code?
You can explore the model without coding experience. A working site still needs a reliable platform, readable content, and a tested inquiry path. The final course prerequisites and supported tools will be stated before enrollment.
Will you build and rank my website for me?
The planned offer is education and support. Done-for-you builds, SEO services, hosting, and third-party tools are separate unless they are expressly included in the final course offer. The course will not guarantee rankings.
Do these portfolio websites rank on the first page?
Some query/page combinations in our saved Search Console exports have average positions in the top ten. Each available observation is dated and includes impressions and clicks. A top-ten average for a query is not a blanket first-page rank for the site. Open a portfolio card’s search evidence to see the details.
Do the screenshots prove leads or revenue?
The screenshots show real website builds. Search Console measures search impressions and clicks, not booked jobs or revenue. We will publish lead and business results only with separate verified records and the context needed to understand them.
How long does ranking take?
There is no universal timetable. Competition, content, crawl access, links, and search changes affect visibility. Google explains that changes can take from hours to several months to appear, and that improvements do not always produce a noticeable result. Plan to test and revise.
What will it cost beyond the course?
Potential expenses include a domain, hosting, a website platform, content, tracking, and tools. Some costs recur before a site earns anything. Course pricing and included resources will be published before enrollment; plan your operating budget separately.
Is this passive income or guaranteed income?
No income is guaranteed. This requires market research, website work, maintenance, and business relationships. A site can receive no useful leads, fail to find a partner, or cost more than it earns.
Can I create a Google Business Profile for a lead-generation website?
A lead-generation company or online-only brand is not eligible for a Google Business Profile just because it has a website. Google’s business-representation guidelines apply. Do not invent an address, service business, or location to obtain a listing.
Does joining reserve a course seat?
Joining records your interest and permission to receive course-related updates. It does not enroll you, reserve a paid seat, or commit you to a purchase. You can ask to stop receiving updates by emailing admin@joedesigngroup.com.
